Messages are sent only to property owners who request an offer directly from us and provide prior express written consent. 3. Message Frequency

After you send an opt out keyword, we will send a confirmation SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, unless you opt in again.

We do not share or sell your mobile information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
